Amber Zuberi co-founded Teach For Pakistan, held leadership roles at Arabella Advisors, and serves on the Board of D.C. Bilingual Public Charter School. She holds a graduate degree in Public Policy from Princeton University and was an Education Pioneers Impact Fellow.

Eric Solomon, PhD.

STRATEGIC ADVISOR

Dr. Solomon has held senior leadership roles at YouTube, Spotify, Instagram, Google, and Bonobos. Today, he partners with founders, CEOs, and executive teams to build something deeper: a system for clarity, alignment, and growth he calls the Human Operating System.

Juliette Berg, PhD.

RESEARCH FELLOW

Dr. Berg is a Research and Evaluation Director and mixed-methods expert who leads large, multi-site evaluations and evidence-building efforts to advance education innovation and youth impact. She was Principal Researcher at the American Institutes for Research and has authored more than 35 peer-reviewed publications.

Jessica Smith

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Jessica brings more than 20 years of experience in the education and social impact sectors, leading systems-change efforts at the intersection of data, equity, and continuous improvement, including as a former school administrator and nonprofit leader. As Founder of Kaizen for Education, she has partnered with organizations including the Aspen Institute, Turnaround for Children, and Edgility Consulting to strengthen operations, build data capacity, and advance equitable results. A certified Results Count and Results-Based Facilitation trainer, Jessica previously led the program teams at ImpactTulsa and Reading Partners focused on continuous improvement and collaborative action.

Jeremy Koren

DIRECTOR, BRAND AND DIGITAL STRATEGY

For 10 years, Jeremy drove marketing, communications, and creative strategies at ASU's Center for Whole-Child Education and Turnaround for Children. He has held leadership roles at The Yellin Center for Mind, Brain, and Education and the All Kinds of Minds Institute at UNC Chapel Hill. In 2025, Jeremy completed the America's Promise Alliance Communications Leadership Cohort.
