Blue Meridian Partners’ 2026 Partnership Summit

Pamela Cantor, M.D. spoke at Blue Meridian Partners’ 2026 Partnership Summit, held April 22–23 at The St. Regis in Atlanta. The annual summit brings together Blue Meridian’s community of funding partners, leaders of investee organizations, and advisors who share a commitment to expanding economic and social mobility for America’s young people and families. This year’s theme, “The When is Now: Translating Urgency into Action,” asked attendees to treat a moment of uncertainty and rapid change as a reason to act.

In her talk, “Possibility Amidst Adversity: How and Why Humans Thrive,” Dr. Cantor drew on the science of human development to explain why adversity does not have to define a young person’s future.
